The property has mountain and garden views, and is 48 km from Siamsa Tire Theatre. The guest house has a sun terrace and a sauna. Luxurious, large bedroom with a couple of comfortable chairs, comfortable bed, good sized bathroom with plush white towels and access to outside with a superb view over the harbour. An unexpected bonus was a good sized indoor heated pool with the same spectacular harbour views. I was able to do laps each morning. Also included a steam room. The artwork on the walls was worth a visit just to see those.

The breakfast was included and we loved it, The staff is lovely and welcoming. There is also a pub where you can have lunch/dinner and some live music as entertaining. Very comfortable great location had a great nights sleep lovely breakfast

The family run An Portan Guesthouse is situated in Dún Chaoin on the edge of the Dingle Peninsula.

The rooms at An Portan are all at ground floor level and are arranged in a courtyard style. Each room has its own entrance door, en-suite bathroom,TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Everything was great - room, breakfast and location. Loved the rocking chair. Pub for dinner just across the road.
