The owner is very friendly and super helpful. He gave us nice directions, where to go. He also saved our time and nerves by warning about the rules of Taj Mahal and other things so we were prepared. Also the owner organized for us the next trip to Jaipur - it was very helpful and comfortable.

The staff , especially Sri Ram and sidhanshu were friendly and helpful . They arrange guide for us , he was too good and patience and helped us a lott(akhilesh) . Vishnu is known for his delicious chai and heartfelt conversation! He knows everything and everyone in Varanasi and can help you plan and execute your adventures with a quickness.. Sona, her guesthouse and wonderful family have been the absolute highlight of my week stay in Varanasi. An ongoing source of joy, a deep well of information, a little Varanasi recommendation when required, the best chai masala in town, and an ever-present smile, it’s a joy to be with her. Sitting still is not part of Sona’s life, she’s always arranging things for her guests, always making their stays even better, or she’s in the kitchen doing her magic. Make sure to eat from the guesthouse’s menu as often as you can, the dishes are delicious and heartwarming. The food is one of the aspects that made me feel home here. The room had all amenities I could wish for, there are many shops and eateries nearby and Assi ghat, the usual southern starting point to explore the river and its ghats, is not even a 10-minutes walk from the guesthouse. Should I return to Varanasi one day, I can only wish Sona and her family have one of their rooms available. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. For now though, I cherish the tea spices Sona prepared for me as a reminder of her hospitality. Above and beyond! Helpful, warm, attentive, capable and service-minded.
