Erimo Apartments I'm 78 years old, and in all my traveling (many places in the world) I have NEVER come across a more gracious, helpful,  and generous host than Takashi Soda. His help to sort out an accommodation problem at another venue for other members of our group, and driving us to catch a bus at short notice was way above 'call of duty'. His accommodation at Erimo self contained studio units have everything you need and more. These are a typical Japanese living space, not big, but pack in so many facilities in a small space it amazes me. They are modern, and spotlessly clean. There is also a shared communal room. Very easy to get anywhere around Sapporo from here. Either long or short term. Hiragishi subway station & the full supermarket (open 09 to 23.30) next to it are a 4 minute walk, a 7/11 is a 2 minute walk away.  Takashi speaks quite reasonable English. I highly recommended this place to stay.

I had an amazing time staying at this accoms. The place was exactly as described – clean and cozy BnB. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. For example, when they overheard we wanted to go to Sahoro to ski, they checked the local news and told us the road was closed due to a heavy snowstorm. That saved us a wasted trip! The location was perfect – quiet, but still close to Furano city centre (10mins drive). Would come again!

Friendly, helpful and attentive owner. Shimpei-san and his friend are wonderful. Upon arrival, they offer to help carry my bag up the stairs. And when they see me not wearing enough layers for the cold weather, they very kindly lend me a jacket/windbreaker for the duration of my stays which I am very grateful for :) shimpei-san speaks excellent English and I enjoy being able to talk to him without having to use translator. 2. Quiet and peaceful. Well maintained and kept very clean. 3. Value for money. Very reasonable price for private room. Although the toilet and shower is shared, I never have to wait to use it during my stay. Towel is provided without charge, and you can get a fresh one if you want to as well. Power point in the room is located near the bed. The sliding door to the room closed with very minimum noise. 4. First place I stayed where sanitary pad is provided in women's toilet. A very thoughtful and unexpected amenity.

I needed a short stay and didn’t mind a cheap place. But it exceeded my expectations. Nearest subway line took me straight to Sapporo and to a new restaurant area. It was a bit hard lugging my suitcase through the snow for less than 10 minutes and climbing the entry stairs, but the location was really good. The facilities and common room were AMAZING and was a pleasant surprise! The staff were attentive and very accommodating. Would recommend.
