The rooms are fitted with a balcony with mountain views. The best stay I've had in Laos so far! Mine was a private room with in-suite bathroom without a riverfront view. Rooms, bathrooms and linen were very clean. There's hot water in the shower. Water pressure in my room was great. Sound proofing is decent. There's a shared outdoor seating area with a couple of hammocks where I'd lounge about all day. The wifi is strong and stable. They have tea, coffee and bananas at the front desk. Ask for bottled water if you need some. The ever-smiling Mr. Sinsai is an amazing host. He speaks fluent English and is always available, should you need anything. He got me some terrific deals on tours. Also helped book bus tickets to Luang Prabang. The highlight of my stay was the New Year's Eve barbecue which he helped me setup! 10/10 would recommend. I'm gonna stay here again the next time I'm in town.
