The host is a very friendly and knowledgeable person, he has spent years driving tourists around so has good knowledge of what to do and what not to do, while being completely honest and not pushing anything on to you - which is very unique here. The breakfast was incredibly generous, luckily we fast from 4pm each day so we could fit it in by the morning. There was a large variety of food he kept bringing us so it certainly won't leave you wanting! The location is close to Galle so it makes access to the Fort quick and easy - which we loved. I had a beautiful room with an outdoor shower which I loved. The garden is a real oasis with interesting wildlife to spot and it was really relaxing to spend some time by the pool before walking down to the beach. The garden here is really special and the architecture of the building is beautiful. The staff were super attentive.

At the property, there is an in-house family-friendly restaurant serving dinner and a selection of vegetarian options. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Our room was perfect -- clean, comfortable, and with a beautiful view of the ocean from the patio. One of the best breakfasts we had on our trip.

Susanna and Tusharo (please excuse me if I’m misspelling the names :) were wonderful hosts. Welcoming and informative. It really felt like our own house. Spotless clean, equipped with everything a traveler needs, beautiful nature around, a garden well kept. Another great thing is the hosts really care about animals and Tusharo shared fascinating information about the connection local people share with the sea turtles (we got lucky and swam with them). The beach has some great surf. Would love to come back and stay more.
