We booked last minute for just one night, we were lucky to find the Terrace, a small, simple and incredibly peaceful place. The room was clean and spacious, overlooking the valley, good breakfast. Host Ashan is incredibly kind and helpful. Location is a 9 min tuktuk ride from the heart of Kandy (the hotel has one) which is absolutely worth it to enjoy the view and peaceful stay at Terrace Kandy. Featuring views of the pool, all units in the property come with private entrance and a pool with a view. A terrace with an outdoor dining area and mountain views is offered in each unit. At the guest house, all units are equipped with bed linen and towels. The warm hosts were so welcoming. They helped arrange an excellent tuk tuk driver and recommended a simple restaurant with the best Indian food I have ever had times a million. They also provided us with a delicious breakfast each morning and made us feel at home.

I loved my stay in this spacious, spotlessly clean room - complete with a relaxing bathtub and stunning view - all at a very reasonable price. The host was exceptionally kind, responsive, and always ready to help.

The property has mountain and city views, and is 2.6 km from Bogambara Stadium. Kandy City Center Shopping Mall is 2.8 km from the guest house and Kandy Royal Botanic Gardens is 3.7 km away. Lovely staff and atmosphere. You can use the whole kitchen. We stayed a day longer than we had planned.

There is a got shower and super new, clean swimming pool! Noce viewe over the lagoon. The owner was so lovely and very supportive. Helped us when we needed to get to ATM and order a transport to the airport. Highly reccomend!

The owner UPUL is super nice , he has a great family , his oldest daughter is PHD of Harvard University . Hhis young daughter is won a lot swimming races , he showed us round his cozy home and shared with us some nice photos and stories of his family . All beyond our expectations, food was fresh and tasty and we enjoyed eating our breakfast on the balcony with a beautiful view. It’s well located - easily commutable to the main attractions, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city to have a peaceful nights sleep. It is one of our most favourite places we have stayed at during our trip to Sri Lanka. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at Pinchi's last month and the owner was an excellent host, together with his wife and family ! My boyfriend was sick and he assisted us, even organised us to see a local doctor and brought us there ! Home cooked dinner and breakfast with a variety of choices ! The vegetable soup was exactly what we needed before bedtime !! Honestly thank you so much for being so kind with us and also checking on us throughout our trip and even when we got back home !! Very quiet place facing the river, ideal to rest after a day visiting the noisy Kandy city. The room is nice and clean. The little swimming pool is really pleasant.
