Drifters Inn Hanmer Springs is 2 minutes’ drive from Hanmer Springs Golf Course and Woodland Walk Recreation Reserve. Christchurch International Airport is 133 km away. Excellent location and extra comfy bed. Very relaxed place with great communal lounge and full use of kitchen. It is across the road from the Springs with a good restaurant next door. The forest walks/trail rides are at the end of the street. Close to the shops too.

The guest house features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Very well appointed space, with everything we needed to be comfortable. The lounge chairs facing an incredible view were comfortable for winding down after a long day of travel. Place was very clean, newly renovated. Had a comfortable bed and great shower. We received information on self entry just prior to our arrival. Entry was very smooth. Would stay there again.

Only stayed one night but would have loved staying for longer.

Clean and comfortable and the hosts were wonderful - they came to check on us and offered a towel change which was very appreciated. Really great place to relax away from the city.
