They created an itinerary for us to visit Machu Picchu, including train and entrance tickets and transfers between Cusco and Ollantaytambo. All arrangements worked perfectly.

The room was the cleanest one we had in Peru, bathroom had a very good standard, bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere during the breakfast (which was great) was so nice that you could feel like at home. There was also possibility to talk in English with daughters of the host in case of arranging the laundry, baggage storage etc. If I come back to Cusco, I will book it.
