We booked a room with a balcony and had 2 balconies in our room which was really great. The staff were very responsive and friendly. We asked for coffee in our room twice and once for some towels, and they were always accommodating. The hotel is in a really good location, only minutes on foot away from Krupowki street, and outside one can find plenty of taxis parked right adjacent to the property. Breakfast was also good

Perfectly equiped (they even have a difuser for curly hair:)), fresh water and tea in the room every day, 15 minute walk to the old town. Excellent breakfast!!

They are storing our bike boxes while we cycle Poland which we greatly appreciate. The room was bright and large with everything we needed. Small kitchenette with microwave, hot plate , kettle and fridge. Would highly recommend.
