She even made sure we had fresh fruit during our stay – a truly thoughtful and generous gesture. Our room was pure comfort and relaxation – beautifully clean, the beds were extremely comfortable (some of the best we’ve ever slept on!), and the bathroom was spotless and perfect. Everything about the room felt pampering and cozy – we thoroughly enjoyed every moment in it. The hotel also offers wonderful features for families: Outside, there are two adorable rabbits and a squirrel, as well as slides and outdoor play areas for children. Inside, there are also games and activities – our child was absolutely thrilled and couldn’t stop smiling! Before we left for the airport, we needed to weigh our luggage, and when we asked if they had a scale, they brought one for us immediately – no hesitation, just kindness and service. This level of hospitality is truly exceptional. We've never experienced such care, attention to detail, and warmth at any hotel we've stayed in. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. A heartfelt thank you to Isabel and the entire team – you made our stay truly special. We can’t wait to come back!

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Urban Haven is a recently renovated guest house set in Subotica, 46 km from Votive Church Szeged. This property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. The guest house features family rooms. There was no breakfast, however the host did leave chocolates, tea, instant coffee, a pot to make hot water, and a liter of water left in the refrigerator for us. The parking is behind the building, with a gate that is closed at night. We had a quiet table outside, our own entry way to the room, and plenty of space for us. The television was easy to use. The only issue was that the shower head had a leak in the hose attachment, which the host promised would be fixed right away. The neighborhood is very quiet, but very close to restaurants and most of the important sights of the center of the city. We loved this city!

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive; they even prepared a breakfast package for me since I had to leave early in the morning. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
