All in 1 Guesthouse is a 10-minute walk from the city’s Night Market and a 15-minute ride from Chiang Mai International Airport, Railway Station and the local Bus Terminal. Great location near a lot of cosy bars and restaurants. In a fairly touristy part of the city but not the energetic young backpacker part. But also not far from that if that's your scene. Clean any cosy. Gilles (the owner?) was super friendly, helpful and accommodating without being overbearing, pushy or obsequious. My favourite place I stayed in Chiang Mai

At the accommodation every room includes a desk and a flat-screen TV. The room is very cozy. The receptionists, Auntie Bow was very friendly, always greeted us with a smile. I hope they get paid well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. The area isn’t very walkalble, but it’s kind of like this in most part of CM.
