The apartment was spotless and felt brand new — you can tell it’s been recently renovated. It looked exactly like the photos. The location is perfect, right by the beach, and there’s free parking available. It’s very well equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The hosts were super kind and helpful, and overall we were really happy with our stay.

Everything was really uncomplicated, Camilla was really friendly and we could even stay for two more nights spontaneously. The appartement is just amazing containing everything you need, even a coffee machine. The view from the balcony is an absolute highlight. Thw location is perfect too, very quiet but just a few minutes to walk to the beach and the city center with it's nice restaurants and cafés. I would absolutely recommend staying in Scià sul Mare!

We had a fantastic one-night stay at Dimore Sangiuliano. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped with everything from coffee essentials to a full kitchen setup, and the bathroom was generously stocked. The romantic arched ceiling upstairs made the space feel cosy and special. The hosts were incredibly helpful—sharing great local tips via WhatsApp and even booking hair appointments for us before a wedding later that day. They also stored our luggage after checkout and were quick to return it when we needed it. A perfect base in the heart of Catania. Highly recommend!

Great location, just in the center of the town, can go any attractions by walk. Very friendly host prepared free water and juice in the fridge, has every facility we need, our kids very enjoyed to stay in the apartment. The host help me to book a close by private car park in relevant price, there was so many car park on the street, but I prefer in the car park, more safer, easy check in and out, highly recommend for this apartment 😊
