The property is as beautiful and as clean as it is in the pictures. It’s calm, pleasant and peaceful , it’s at the center, so I could easily catch a bus and go anywhere I wanted. I easily got groceries from near by shops, had access to money with ATM galleries around, all the facilities and equipment in the building- kitchen and bathroom - are in perfect working conditions. I have been so delighted living in the apartment since I got here I even had to extend my stay in Mauritius. 😁 The property is in a walkable distance from the bustop, but also Mr. Afzal is always kind enough to help take me with his bus very often. He is warm, kind, polite and friendly. I really love the place and it is worth every penny and more!

After vacationing for 3 1/2 weeks in Mauritius and staying at 5 different properties this one was by far our favorite. Before arriving for our stay the host reached out to give us the exact location of the property, it was easy to find, and they allowed us to park within the gate to prevent damage to our rental car from falling mangos on the street. Colette showed us to our apartment, when entering the property, the first thing we noticed was how spacious and clean it was. The apartment was well thought out and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen supplies etc. The bed was comfortable and there are separate Aircon units in the bedrooms and one in the living room. We did not pay extra for the aircon in the living room, which we did regret because it does get very warm, and we did not utilize this area as much. The location for us was prime, it's about a 20-minute walk to the top of GRSE Waterfall and a 5-minute drive to the supermarket. I definitely recommend having a rental car. We chose this location due to several activities we had planned, and it was the perfect distance from this apartment. We also really appreciated the communication from Colette, she gave us great recommendations of activities to do in the area and was open to helping us sort out a restaurant nearby. This property is great for short term or even long-term stays, we would definitely book again. Also, we really enjoyed the garden, the flowers are beautiful, you can tell how much the place is kept up.

Amazing location and the villa is so beautiful. Amazing villa right on the beach and we spent 3 days just relaxing outside on the benches. A view to die for. The owner is very supportive and gives all the information prior to the arrival. Zero hassles.

Villa Bella is located in a very calm neigbourhood, and has all the accomodations one needs. Every amenity in the kitchen, fruit as a welcome gift, a washing machine with powder ready, a TV, etc.. The house is extremely clean, and all the rooms very spacious. The beds were made with clean sheets, no bugs anywhere, everything was perfect. We were very lucky to be the only hosts there, and had the entire property and swimming pool to ourselves. The people (Marco, Angelique the owner, even the neighbours) were all extraodinary in helping us adjust to Mauritius and the life there. We could always count on somebody to help us out, whether it was Angelique via the chat on booking, or Marco who lives not far at all from the property. The beach is only 5min away by car, and is gorgeous. It's the perfect place for people who like a calm environment but not far from shops, beaches etc. You need a car but that is to be expected in Mauritius. PS: the wifi is extremely good at the Villa, better than in a lot of hotels where I stayed.
