location wonderful (quiet, peaceful, though often quite windy, great views over the lake), large sandy beach area within very short walking distance, both of the little houses (the bedroom cabin and the main house) are well equipped (includes good wooden outdoor furniture), row boat a big plus though steps down to the lake a bit treacherous/tricky. Hopefully the second boat will soon be available again to facilitate that both parties (ours and the neighboring bigger cabin) could use a boat for fishing or outings at the same time.

We stayed at this accommodation for two weeks and were absolutely satisfied. The house is modern, very clean, and cozy — perfect for two people. Everything you need is available: a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and hairdryer in the bathroom. Outside, there's a pergola and a grill, with firewood provided. The apartment has large windows, offering beautiful views of the surrounding nature throughout the stay, while still ensuring privacy — you can't see inside. There are curtains in the bedroom. The owner is kind, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The location is perfect — a peaceful and serene spot about 300 meters from a lake, where you can rent a kayak directly from the owner. The nearest store is about 5 minutes away by car, or you can take a lovely one-hour walk along the lake. We tried several accommodations during our stay in Sweden, and this one was by far the best!

The quality of the property is outstanding. It is a large property with garden, terrace, sauna, playground. The facilities inside are also really great. We have had an excellent time. Göteborg is close enough to visit and enjoy the friendliness of Sweden. We were allowed to use the EV charger of the owner which did make life really easy. A large shopping center is only 10 minutes drive away. Be prepared that your car can become dirty because the last 3km is over dirt road.
