We spent 8 days with a family of 6 people, (2 Elderly, 2 adults and 2 Teenagers), we all left the house with heavy heart as we really felt like home. Everything was absolutely nice, comfy, convenient (very well equipped from kitchen to rooms or bathrooms for all needs even for a long stays) and very quiet. The outside lounge and the pool near the canal are incredible, well sun exposed (and even more pleasant during the evenings after a long day of visiting the area). Yes the pool is not heated, but with April weather it was absolutely decent and not an issue at all for us all. The Villa location is great, 5 minutes from the Hard Rock Casino, 15 from Flamingo Gardens, 15 to 20 mn to Hard Rock Stadium (Home of NFL Team Miami Dolphins and Miami Tennis Open) 20 to 25 minutes from Hollywood beaches, 35 to 45 minutes to Miami bayside market, less than an hour to many Glades swamp tours, 2 H-2h and a half from the middle of Florida keys (Islamadora) The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The owner is absolutely friendly and responsive by text for any needs or question. Hope we will be able to come back someday.

We had a wonderful time here with our family. The house is spacious, neat, and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided – from fresh towels and bathroom essentials to a kitchen stocked with plenty of utensils and spices, making it easy to cook and feel right at home. A true highlight was the garden, beautifully landscaped with carefully curated plants, and the large pool. This place truly wrapped us in a sense of home and is highly recommendable – hence a well-deserved 10!

Wonderful house in a nice area, the property was well presented and provided a comfortable stay. This was an ideal base to explore Fort Lauderdale and Miami. The hosts were excellent and responded quickly to any questions we asked. I would stay here again.

The location is just perfect — a quiet neighborhood, yet close to the beach, airport, and main attractions. Our friends were thrilled and loved absolutely everything. The host was always in touch, responded quickly, and gave helpful tips. We can definitely recommend this place for a great stay! The location is ideal — quiet and safe, just a few minutes from the airport, beach, cruise port, and main attractions. A nice bonus was the free private parking and the option to rent a car. The host was very friendly and answered any questions promptly, providing useful information about the area. We felt right at home and will definitely come back again. Quiet area. Comfortable beds. Washer/Dryer. The back yard was a nice size with a pool. Sat under the Tikihut for breakfast in the morning. Close to airport and cruise port. Carport offered shade for parking the car. We had family staying at the Hampton, so we were close to them on the next block.

We spent 11 nights in this house. We felt wonderful there and have beautiful memories. The house is fully equipped and spacious, with a very large living room, three bedrooms, and a game room. My children especially enjoyed the car racing game and spent a lot of time on that machine. Moreover, the neighborhood is quiet and very well maintained. I could go on praising it, but I’ll finish with one statement: I highly recommend booking this house for any length of stay. If we return to Miami, we will definitely stay there again. A big thank you to the owner for assisting us with everything we reached out about. Having that kind of support during a stay like this is very important.
