The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The bathroom was large, shower was functional and ample towels were provided. WIFI was excellent (needed a magnifying glass to read password). TV had Netflix, YouTube (but no actual TV channels that I could see). There was a full kitchen available on the main floor.

Location: A short walk from Schwedenplatz metro station and connection to main U1 redline - this line takes you directly to the center as well as to the HBF train station, which I made use of a lot . Right outside the hotel is a Spar supermarket with almost everything you would need. The hotel is also very close to a lot of restaurants. Everything is within walking distance from here. The Room: Spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished and fully equipped with everything a savvy traveler would need (FYI: Kettle & Coffee Machine). In addition to that, a nice shower with good water pressure and a proper hairdryer that's up to standard. Heating in the room and bathroom was a nice touch that added to the level of luxury at this affordable price. Bed was comfortable and size was decent. The Staff: Excellent and prompt communication ensured a smooth and easy self-check in experience. Cleaning staff were also kind and obliging. I loved this place so much that I actually booked it twice in one week - the convenience, location and amenities made it a gold standard for me. Over and above that, the self check-in procedure is quick and works well. I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect place to relax and recover in Austria. Owners and other staff were super nice and helpful. You can get your eggs and basics covered with tasty breakfast. Highly recommend visiting the restaurant, chef cooks you incredible dishes. Also wines are certainly delicious.

The pension is located in the very heart of Vienna. It’s very close to Haofburg palace and the main streets Graben. There are plenty of shops and bars around. All the sights are in a few minutes walk. Definitely recommend the hotel especially for the winter season during the Christmas markets. There are two metro stations near by. Good breakfast and friendly staff
