The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The bathroom was large, shower was functional and ample towels were provided. WIFI was excellent (needed a magnifying glass to read password). TV had Netflix, YouTube (but no actual TV channels that I could see). There was a full kitchen available on the main floor.

Location is great! A few minutes' walk from the center. Even if it is self check-in host was more that welcome to leave us to leave our luggage in their office which made our trip more easier and comfortable!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly and responsive, the rooms are comfortable, warm and clean. The location is ideal, a couple of minutes from the cathedral and the Hofburg palace.
