We arrived in the middle of the night, but the owner kindly answered the phone and guided us to the accommodation. We were warmly welcomed by the host with a jug of homemade wine and the hostess, who also prepared breakfast for us exactly as we wished — at 8:00 AM, even though we know it was the middle of the night for them! The breakfast was absolutely delicious — the best we had in Georgia — with fresh vegetables, cheese, honey, soft-boiled eggs, and of course, more amazing wine. This stay was by far the best of our 7-day trip in Georgia, and we truly regretted not being able to stay longer. We felt completely at home. The room was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated the hairdryer — a small but thoughtful detail. We highly recommend this place in Borjomi to anyone traveling by car. It’s worth the stop!

    We loved our stay here: Everything is clean and comfortable. There is a shared kitchen, which is very well equipped and clean. Our room had a large balcony which was also nice. But the best feature is definitely the incredibly and genuinely kind host family, who made our stay perfect. We would definitely recommend to stay here!

    Besa and his wife were lovely hosts, helping us out when we needed to clear the snow off our rental car, bringing us house slippers when they saw we were just walking about in socks, and sharing their delicious pickles with us! They made us feel welcome and at ease in their home. The accommodation is excellent value, we were comfortable with a private bathroom (not ensuite). You can reach shops and restaurants within 5 minutes walking. Just what we were looking for.
