Location of this house is perfect. You will be literally Stalin's neighbor:D The host is nice family, the room is clean and has everything for your stay. Kitchen is spacious. Only downside is that the walls between rooms are thin and when somebody phones you can hear every word. So not good for KGB or Georgia mafia:D Just a bad joke. For the price is this guest house the best choice. Thank you my friends.

We loved staying here, it was in a fantastic location to visit everything and the host was lovely. Unfortunately the room we booked, the boiler wasn't working so we were re-located to the downstairs apartment which was lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed using this as a base and we visited everything we wanted to in the area. Anna herself was absolutely lovely. She works at the close by Stalin museum so we had lovely discussions regarding Georgian history. Her breakfast was fantastic, a lovely chicken soup followed by an amazing cake. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to everyone.

Our room was very comfortable, with a table and chairs, and also a sink/work surface in the room. It opened straight onto the courtyard and was next to the shared bathroom. Upstairs was a veranda you could sit out on and also a kitchen which was very useful for preparing meals. The family who run this place are so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really nice and slightly different each morning. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, and you can park your car inside the gates.

The hotel is located in a quiet cozy place overlooking the mountains. Very hospitable nice people, go to meet all the wishes of guests. Highly recommend it.
