-We were assigned the room in the corner of the top floor, which meant that we even had our own balcony space! From there, we were able to see the lake and the Indian Nose clearly. It was a big space. We even had our own private bathrooms! We really enjoyed the privacy of our stay. -The kitchen has everything you need to be able to cook simple meals. -Staff were extremely friendly. I believe they live on property which means that any questions were answered almost immediately.

We had the most amazing stay at the beautiful Nuevo Sol in San Juan. The room was very tidy and clean, the bed was great, the garden was a beautiful oasis of tranquillity and flowers, and the communal kitchen was greatly equipped. Most of all, our hosts Feliciana and Carolina were some of the kindest people we met on our journey. They immediately made us feel at home and answered all our questions about the town and restaurants. Muchas gracias!

It is a lovely private place located in an amazing location. The host Juanita is a lovely person. The place was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the shower was hot. Plus it is right next to CECAP for an amazing breakfast and view!

Great location in the central part of Santiago Atitlan. Rebeca welcomed me into her house with a big smile and showed me around. The room is very spacious and met my needs for the stay. Kitchen is well equipped and allows the guests to cook their own meals.

The owners are very nice and helpful. I had a pleasant nice time there 🙂 The room was big, the bed was comfortable, and there was a nice big shower with hot water. Beautiful view of the lake and of the mountains from the window and balcony 🙂
