This is an exceptional room in Dublin. Location: easy to navigate, close to train station and bus stop. Train: 10 minutes to the city centre. The room is in a newly built house, fresh and clean! All I need was there, including towels, toiletries, tea, kettle, hair dryer, etc. It was the best option in Dublin for a very good price

Beautiful red-brick terraced residence, very well located within walking distance between the villages of Rathgar and Terenure We loved relaxing in the sitting room beside the bow window The kitchenette concept with access to tea, coffee (capsules or plunger), cereal, fruit and a good bit more, really scores points The whole place was spotlessly clean, cosy and welcoming We're looking forward to having an excuse to be back!

Our flight was delayed, so we didn't arrive until shortly before midnight. Nevertheless, our host welcomed us very warmly and even offered us tea. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped. Breakfast wasn't included in the price, but we received a great packege of snacks with pastries, chips, and drinks. Our conclusion: highly recommended.

The staff was incredibly friendly. They were always there for any questions. Through their suggestion we have had great experiences ! The breakfast and the location were good. Everything is reachable by walking / public transport. All in all a great place to stay. We did not miss anything.
