Patricia and Seamus were fabulous hosts, helpful with local tips and with wonderful humour. Lovely to see family photos and a glimpse of their life together. Our large room and ensuite had a lot of natural light, and the door between the two had a blackout curtain over it, giving me the best sleep-ins I've had in Ireland. (It's usually light by 4.30am.) Huge, comfortable communal room to share with other travellers, and get some tips for future travel. The 'help-yourself' breakfast options were great. There are some incredible things to see nearby: the fossils all over the rocks at low tide, just 200m away; the split rock; Easky Castle (where you can climb the hidden stairway to the top -- but you need a torch); Innishcrone, a buzzing little town, even on a Sunday night.

Damian is a lovely, friendly gentleman. He made us a delicious breakfast every morning this week. The bed was comfortable and the house was very clean and cosy. We were able to make supper when we came home from our conference every night. We enjoyed our conversations with him. The house is nestled in the country with a beautiful view of horses in a field from our bedroom window. We recommend you stay here.

The room was incredible; very spacious and comfortable with a good bathroom. Amazing view of Benbulbin. The shared kitchen was great and the breakfast items were delicious.
