Very nice and cozy hotel in the heart of Anjuna, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The staff is very helpful, the room is big enough with small kitchen and spacious bathroom, the beds are comfortable with clean sheets, clean towels and soap, AC and fan in the room, the patio is great with table and chairs looking to the main road, there is small parking for bikes in front of the rooms, we need to stay 2 more nights and the manager helped us with everything.

Beautiful property. Close to the beach, but still very serene and quite. It is just a 5 minute from Artjuna and the busy area of Anjuna. Loved the way they have done up the rooms, little balinese look. The mattress was super comfortable and the staff was very warm and welcoming especially Supriti. I am definitely coming back. Highly recommended.

    Relaxing on the cozy rooftop and watching old Goa pass by the road out front. Cows grazing, locals walking etc. Was a little nostalgic for the old pastoral days of Goa. A very nice place to relax throughout the garden.
