Sukun operates out of a traditional Kerala home, which has been modified to some extent to serve its current purpose. The bedrooms are spacious and very traditional, but they also come with amenities such as air conditioning and universal power plugs. The bathrooms, which appear to have been added to the original building, are spacious and clean. Owner and staff were always trying to accomodate my needs and they were all the time full of kindness. Food was extremely tasty and price very good for the quantity. The homestay is 5 minutes walking from a quiet and very clean beach and my room was very big and super clean.
