The location was perfect for the beach and it was very peaceful. The guesthouse is new and everything was sparkling clean and in perfect working order. There was nothing missing in the room, from good storage to tea/coffee making facilities and clean water. Nothing was too much trouble for Dennis, the owner, from giving me lifts to finding transport back to the airport. As I was travelling alone this help was invaluable. I would definitely go back!

Could not have wanted more. Excellent service from lovely staff, always going the extra mile. The room was modern and comfortable, approx 15 minutes walk from the beach. Stunning beach and the quietest and cleanest in Goa. Local food is great with multiple choices of cuisine, at very reasonable prices. Thank you so much for our stay. Highly recommend.

I am definitely in love with this small charming place. Owners are ones of the most kind people that I have ever met. They find resolution for every problem. Rooms are really nice, cozy and spatial. Hot water and kettle avaible, as well as AC. Great scooters ready to rent. Small, but lovely and clean swimming pool avaible in object. A lot of green and beautiful nature around hotel building. I strongly recommend that place to everyone

The location of the property was calm and quiet and the room was clean and lacked nothing. The hosts were welcoming and very helpful with everything, be it to check on us for any requirements, helping us with planning our itinerary or helping us with arranging for the commute. The breakfast served at the beautiful sit out was delicious, and the 2 pet dogs were great company. We thank the hosts for making our stay comfortable and memorable.
