Beautiful big new house, very friendly hosts, Mr. Ganesh picked me up with his car from train station and brought me to bus station for free, he bought me a medicine as a gift when I caught a cold. Nice design, comfortable, big bathroom with bathtub, strong AC, very clean and quiet. Nice green peaceful neighborhood, 10 minutes drive from city center.

I was little hesitant to book since it was a new listing, I gave a try. But it was absolutely a right choice. The room was clean and beautiful. It has a beautiful peacock point view from top floor balcony. The owner sabyath is very sweet and very helpful. He helped me to book autos and also dropped me in his own vehicle. Also I got to know , they are hosting from 5 years, their property was the top rated homestay in Udupi, and their listing with 50+ reviews in booking.com got deleted. But anyways, I loved my stay and definitely I will come back here in the future. Go for it

    The Breakfast was homemade and it was tasty. The quantity was also very good. I was fasting, so they also made sure that they provide tender coconut. Rooms are neat and clean, Parking is good. Finding homestay wasnt a issue at all. owners are really helpful and approachable. They have made a shower area and tap provision outside the homestay, so you can avoid messing the rooms. Though it's a basic homestay but it's close to the beach eventhough not a sea facing one.
