Wow! What a place! Full of history, this heritage place makes you feel sad when you have to leave and can't stay more! Everything made with best of taste and attention to the slightest detail. Everything in the house has its history and its meaning! And the host? Oh, the host! A true gentleman, he's there to welcome you, guide you in the historic property, tell you the story of his family and his place, answer your questions and explain everything, organize your tour in Old Goa, Panjim and surroundings, prepare (with the help of his excellent staff) the best dinner you had in India and make you feel you're truly his honorable guest and he will be happy to help you with all your needs! Dear future guest, there is no need to write details about the room, etc. I am sure it will exceed your expectations! Thank you, dear David, for everything you gave and did for us! It was a real pleasure for us to get to know you and stay at your place. Our one (last) night stay in Casa Menezes upgraded at least one level our visit to the state. I truly believe that you and your place deserve to be the only reason for a new visit (and a longer stay) to Goa. Obrigado por tudo e até mais!

The host family is very, very nice and friendly. They did everything to make my stay beautiful, and everything is super neat and clean. Though situated close to the Airport Goa Dabolim, you didn't hear any noise from take-off or landing proceedures. I could enjoy a wonderful last evening sunset on the beach (and it's nice restaurants), which is only a two minutes walk from the hotel. The 5 o'clock wake-up ⏰️ call for my early departure from Dabolim Airport was super exact 💯 👌 and they even arranged for my safe and punctual taxi trip at a very small cost! I will always love ❤️ to come back!

The house is located in a great location. Near Miramar beach. Not on the main street, so it’s always quiet and calm. Very friendly host, always ready to help and advise if you have any questions. There is a kitchen and all the amenities for a comfortable life. I recommend it to everyone.

The property is situated as part of a lovely fine dining restaurant. The room was large,airy and very clean. The bathroom was modern with toiletries supplied. It’s in a fantastic location with the beach just a short walk away. Lots of cafes and bars to choose from just outside the hotel, however despite this it was still very peaceful at night. What stands out about this property is the host, Jack, and all the staff at the hotel. We’ve had regular communication with the host since booking. He was particularly kind when we realised we’d brought the key with us from the last hotel. He arranged for the key to be returned with no hassle on our part. The front door man and caretaker were extremely friendly and helpful. If we ever come to Candolim again I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again and would totally recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area. Thanks again for a wonderful stay 😊

    The hospitality by Ms. Shalaka during our stay was extremely comforting for us. The place was clean and simple, like you would expect in a homestay, the surrounding area was very clam and peaceful unlike the crowded and touristy places in Goa. Also a plus point was that its very close to the airport.

    I stayed in Cinco Filhas for some days to go diving with Gary (Goa Diving, just 2 min waling down the road). the room was very clean, the mattress was superb and I slept like a baby after a long day in the sun and under water. The beach with restaurants is a 5 min walk away so location is great. Big plus: unlike accommodations near the beach which suffer under the very loud noise from water sports and people having drinks and the beach, the Cinco Filhas is very quiet and peaceful. Flory is very kind and a great host helps when needed.
