Honestly, this place blew my mind. I didn't rent a room here, I rented a freaking suite! It was ginourmous! The only place during my trip around Iceland that had a private bathroom. And it was actually a relatively cheap place, compared with other places I rented. Jesus, I felt like I was some kind of burguoisie lord.

The place si located in the middle of Akureyri city center, almost no noise in the corridors and the room apart from the outside. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean, and were very pretty. We had coffee and tea at our disposal. During our visit, we were able to enjoy the Forest Lagoon right at the East entrance of the city. The guesthouse had good facilities and the self check-in information was clear. Also, the communication with the owner was easy. The location was good, near the swimming pool, but there's a steep climb from the bus station. For drivers there is parking space next to the guesthouse.
