We got a room upgrade - the whole appartment with the own personal dock to the grand canal! In fact the place was even too big for us to use for one night :) What really makes the whole place special is the staff - really the most kind, helpfull and cherfull. Thank you for everything!

Overall family hotel vibe of this place, fantastically friendly and kind hotel owners, easy and very informative communication regarding check in and out procedures, simple but very tasty breakfast (with the best tiramisu I ever tried in Italy - very close to what I do at home). Due to our early morning check out we were given a tasty bag with two sandwiches, two small cakes, two fruits and two juices, which were very safely packed with love to us as tourists. Good location 15 minutes max from the railway station and 8 minutes max from the bus station - this was very convenient to walk upon late arrival and on early departure.

The location was wonderful, the staff were fabulous and catered to our every need, we booked the Junior Suite with a jacuzzi in the room, so our trip was incredibly romantic and the room was impeccably clean and luxurious.

If necessary, you can leave your luggage in the hotel's living room, which is safe, before check-in. Staying at Villa Erica was truly one of the highlights of my trip. I’ve never experienced such warm, thoughtful service in an apartment-style accommodation before. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. Every single day, we received fresh towels, tea, and bottled water, and the place was always spotless. It was clear that the host genuinely cared about our comfort. The location couldn’t have been more convenient—just a short 15-minute bus ride to Venice, with the bus stop only a minute’s walk from the apartment. It made exploring the city so easy and stress-free. I wholeheartedly recommend Villa Erica to anyone planning a visit to Venice. It felt like a home away from home, and I left with only great memories. I’m so happy we chose to stay here!

    We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Especially the host Petra is so kind and welcoming! There are always fresh fruits, coffee and water for every guest! Not forget to mention the nice rooftop terrace (picture added). On six days of the week the breakfast is at a local bakery (very close to the hotel) where locals go and the food is awesome! On the other day the breakfast is served at the hotel and also very very good :) The beach is directly in front of the hotel and there are a lot of bars and restaurants nearby.
