We loved the view from our room and enjoyed having a glass of wine on the porch. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The main bedroom is separated from the kid's rooms which was a plus. Mel was very kind and helpful while checking in. We had the option of having breakfast in the room or outside, both with exceptional views of the lake. The staff was very friendly and made sure we were always comfortable. Parking is available inside the premises, though it is first come first serve, as not too many spots. There is parking right across the street, very safe. I wish we could have spent more time here.

The apartment was far better than expected. It was much larger than expected, spotless clean and in great shape, and included a nice private garden in the back and a large balcony overlooking the street on the front and even a washing machine. Our host Giuseppe was great, he brought us welcome drinks which was not required and got us reservations at the best restaurant in town. Check in was easy - Giuseppe was there in 3 minutes after we called and checkout just as easy. Finding such a place for a great price in high-season was unexpected and lucky. All in all, the place was terrific value for the price - I strongly recommend.

The location is at the beginning of the bridge, which is the place that has the best view and at the same time no need to carry our luggages up the steep bridge. The host provides detailed information including parking options and pricing, which is incredibly thoughtful, he even offer to give us ZTL authorization to unload luggage if we choose to park outside ZTL. Communications are fast, effective and overwhelming friendly. Breakfast is a big plus too, abundant amount of pastries are offered, even some savory ones which are very satisfying. The room is carefully furnished, spacious and with great view from the patio, local brand of shampoo and shower gel are placed in the bathroom, really nothing to complain about!
