It is in a very quiet area, 10 minutes walk to the beach. The rooms are spacious, very clean, very well ventilated (the air is very clean, not like other accommodations in Sri Lanka). The garden is very beautiful and well maintained. The pool is chic and very clean, the water has a perfect temperature. The owners are very friendly and always willing to help you. They can cook you a delicious, fresh dinner, cooked on the spot, or they can organize various excursions in the area (safari, temple visit, kayaking on the lagoon, etc.). The breakfast is rich and very tasty, with fruit from the owners' garden. The atmosphere in the area is very quiet, there are not many tourists, you can meet locals which gives the place a truly authentic atmosphere.

We had the best home stay experience! Amazing hospitality from the kindest and helpful hosts! We had everything we needed and they were there to answer all our questions, provide recommendations and make sure we feel comfortable. The room was sparkling clean and spotless! A place with a unique atmosphere, close to the beach (3 minutes walk), where turtles lay their eggs, also not far from safe swimming areas. In addition, very friendly, helpful and patient staff :) and sensational cuisine - it is not worth looking elsewhere in the area, because you will not find such tasty dishes :) Comfortable beds, clean rooms, water - perfect. Beautiful ample comfortable room, immaculately clean and the aircon works very well. From the verandah of the room I had the most beautiful view of the Lagoon and the hammock and the armchairs provided were great for relaxing and unwind. The place is located only minutes away from the beautiful Tangalle beach.The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I highly recommend the Pearl Cave Cabanas and their restaurant

The best accommodation we had in Sri Lanka! Saman and his family were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Also, the dinner we had there was great and tasty. The location is very close to the sea and turtle station, area is very calm and relaxing. We could use Saman’s scooter for tour around the city and surroundings. We really enjoyed the night turtle watching tour organised by Saman. At first, we planned to stay just one night, but the place is so beautiful and cozy so that we decided to stay three nights! Would recommend staying here to our friends!

    Indi was a really great host, who always ensured we were satisfied and taken care of. He arrived each morning with fresh mangos and bananas. The food was absolutely delicious and we really enjoyed eating dinner at the home stay. Indi also let us borrow his bike for a small extra cost when we needed to go out. Overall, Three Little Birds was a lovely home stay.

    Great place with an amazing location! Just 2 min away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Sri Lanka ( Silent Beach). Nice and friendly host family as well as all other locals - we spent amazing 5 nights there! Cosy, clean rooms and some of the best food that we had during our trip in Sri Lanka. We are definitely looking forward to visiting again!!

    I spent Christmas at Ajanee's HomeStay. Ajanee's family were great hosts. I was offered the choice of Sri Lankan or western breakfasts, I chose Sri Lankan. The breakfasts were huge, and different each morning. The bedroom was large, and there was a large shaded open space just for me. It was a wonderful place to spend a few days, quiet, away from the Tangalle strip, close to the Madakatiya beach, with the lifeguarded Tangalle Town Beach a short walk away. I would stay here again
