What an incredible stay! The room was excellent, with exceptional amenities. I never expected to be so comfortable during my Wellington trip. The washroom and kitchen were very neat and tidy, which is always a concern for me, but this stay exceeded my expectations. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was spacious. I will definitely return if I visit Wellington again. Hosts Rico and Jay should be considered super hosts; they were readily available via text and took our small suggestions seriously. Superb! Couldn't use the front deck because we were in a rush. It's an awesome deck for a morning coffee. Only street Parking but its safe and Handy. Thanks Rico And Jay for hosting us and really appreciated your call after the check-out to express your regards.

Spectacular spectacular view over the city and harbour from the common rooms, kitchen , balcony as well our bedroom. Very modern and beautifully furnished. We were welcomed and treated as friends, got many useful tips and recommendations and had very interesting talks over one (or rather several) glasses of wine with our host Peter.

Very clear and easy self check-in instructions provided; looked exactly the same as what we saw online; much thought and care was put into the design and furnishings of the room; high quality hand soap, body wash and shampoo provided; stair lights (for first 2 flights of stairs) came on automatically when we opened the gate; can open the window in the bathroom; heated towel rack; has shower and a large bathtub; beautiful view of the water and mountains from windows in sleeping room; very quiet area; easy to use the bus system - bus stops nearby

I recently stayed at June’s lovely home and absolutely loved it. The place was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to chat this time, but June was a wonderful host and made everything easy and welcoming. Bo the cat and Milo the dog are just delightful — they made my stay even warmer. If I return to Wellington, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
