The location is superb, offering a stunning view over the lagoon and the city of Istanbul from the terrace. We were warmly welcomed by a very kind host, who made both the reserved room and a fully equipped kitchenette available to us, adding greatly to the comfort of our stay. The entire place is tastefully decorated and located in a highly touristic and charming area. In just 8 nights,me and my mom had the chance to feel like locals, which made the experience even more special. There is also an elegant “antique-style” café on the ground floor that truly adds to the unique character of the property, a delightful bonus! We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation, you will not regret a single moment spent here.

I had 2 stays in december. The first one alone, i felt very confortable at this place, like at home and it was important for me. They gave attention to me and i felt like being a part of family. Murat and his wife are very nice people, don't hesitate to communicate with them or Ask them if you have questions, need tips or information. They will do their best. The second stay was with my husband and we felt the same. Thank you for your hospitality. Rooms and bathroom are clean, the place is quiet. Beds are really good, mattress are good quality. The area is great, you can find a local life or more touristic places if you prefer. You just need to be aware that the area is not flat and need to do some exercice to go there but nothing impossible 😉
