Thanks the owner for arranging me a late checkin. I contacted them in advanced and have their whatsapp for communication when arriving. The owner and the receptionist are really nice and helpful so I feel like home when staying. The property is a local house, renovated recently in 2022 so all the facilities are quite new. The common room is big, nicely decorated furnished with kitchenware. My booked room is well cleaned, have all the needs so I can't complain anything, --- Location is strategic, just 2 bus stops to the Train station, walking distance to tourist attractions, The house is in an alley so it is quiet, good for sleeping.

The staff were super friendly, helped us to get settled when we arrived early and to book a taxi when we left. Loved the extra touches like fruit on arrival and the map of good food places. Very cool vibe. Great location. Would definitely recommend!

The staff is very helpful and friendly. I left my paper off glasses behind and they messaged to inform me and helped to arrange for the glasses to be sent to Taipei. Very comfortable apartment to stay in. Not too far from the eating street.

management is super friendly. the restaurant behind the stay is extremely delicious. value for money, surrounded by morning markets in walking distance, breakfast solved, night market is very close, got lots of nice food. further north got plenty of restaurants. mostly importantly, tourism locations also not too far. definitely will stay here again if i ever stop by this town again.

We were given the check in details prior to arrival and the instructions were clear. We arrived before the check in time and they helped with the storage of luggage. While we were out, they informed that they had given us a free upgrade for the room and it was an extremely pleasant surprise when we checked in as the room was extremely spacious, which made our 4-night stay in Tainan really comfortable. There's also snacks provided at the lobby and it's quite a good selection. They also provided water dispenser which is convenient and environmentally friendly. The location is also convenient to most of the attractions and food, but it can be quite a walk (10-15mins) to the places that open later at night. Lastly, we are also grateful to the staff for helping us receive our online order items and storing them till our arrival, which they kindly placed in our room when we checked in.
