The staff is warm, welcoming, extremely kind and always helpful. We loved our stay here and would recommend it to anybody! 10/10

At the homestay, the units come with bed linen and towels. We never regretted booking with Dream in Fenghuang and we would definitely come back again. What we loved the most was the hospitality of the owner. Since we were all girls he kindly upgraded us to their best room without any additional fee 😊. Everything was well arranged from pick-up to drop-off at the train station. Because our train the next day was very early around 6 am he even packed eggs and fruits for us to take as breakfast. The location is also great just a few steps away from the busy and lively party side of the river. Overall I highly recommend this family hotel.

She helped me plan my a day in Tianmen mountain and two days in Zhangjiajie. Without her I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the parks, as I don’t speak Chinese and it’s hard to get by without the language there. She also checked in to make sure I was okay. I would recommend 100% anybody (Chinese or foreign) to stay here as on top of the service the rooms were also very clean and comfortable, spacious, etc.

At the guest house, every unit is equipped with a desk and a TV. This is a perfect place to stay in Fenghuang - the room was spacious, clean and comfortable with super views of the ancient city. Wang and her brother were amazing - very helpful and welcoming. This is an exceptional place to stay and except for having to move on to get flights, I would have stayed longer. Note there are a lot of steps and the accommodation is up an inclined street, but Wang and her brother helped superbly with our luggage. 10/10.

Really nice apartment with great view. The owner was more than helpful- provided lots of useful tips, drove us from the airport and made a great effort to ensure we had pleasant stay. Also, the breakfast was really nice and tasty :)
