Kevin's Old House is located at the downtown area of Shanghai, just a 10-minute stroll from Jing'an Temple Subway Station (Line 2). It features European-inspired accommodation with classic furnishings and elegant décor. Well located in familiar center of Shanghai alleys. Mr Soo at the front desk was awesome and so was the cleaning lady who kindly took care of own drying. Breakfast was wonderful. Will consider booking again next time back to Shanghai.

This is my second time with hills and as usual everything was perfect! The house is clean, the ayi is nice to us. It is located in the old Shanghai compound but very easy to find. I have stayed in several home stays in Shanghai and I normally found the mattress quite uncomfortable, but I slept very well here. I will come back to China next year again and I will come back to hills for sure 😊

The property is 1.3 km from Pedestrian Street of East Nanjing Rd., and within less than 1 km of the city centre. The property was great for its price! The hosts were absolutely lovely and accommodating for us! easy to communicate with as they spoke english. It was also a very convenient location close to metro station and plenty of food and shops around. we had no issues whatsoever! Definitely would recommend staying here if you’re visiting shanghai with your friends or family

Also very understanding, as I had problems with Alipay on my arrival. Fresh towels and water delivered everyday without asking for it. Breakfast was so delicious, I have no words. Close to the Disneyland, a bit further to the city, but still very easily accessible.

I had a fantastic stay at Amy’s apartment in the heart of the Shanghai French Concession. The place is gorgeous—full of character and heritage charm—and ideally located in a quiet neighborhood just off Huaihai Street, with easy access to the Bund and other key areas. The apartment was fully equipped and super comfortable, especially the bed. The air conditioning kept the flat warm during the chilly days I experienced in Shanghai. Amy was a wonderful host—super responsive and helpful throughout. She made my stay an absolute breeze. It seems she manages several apartments, all with the same stylish and welcoming vibe. Thank you, Amy, for a great stay. Highly recommend this apartment!
