This is a lovely place with a private deck on the ocean. It is coral, so not a beach for swimming - but Playa Negra is a beautiful black sand beach a mere 10 minute walk away - excellent for swimming. We had the air conditioned rooms with floor to ceiling windows looking out at the jungle and ocean as well as a lovely swimming pool. The back courtyard not only a few steps from the ocean, but also full of hammocks and wildlife, daily visits from howler monkeys and tons of birds. A beautiful place to relax. The breakfast was delightful, the staff friendly and helpful. Very clean and very close to everything in town. Many delicious restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The national park, hiking and snorkeling all within a few minutes walk. We LOVED this place and can't wait to go back.

Nice touches like a shared refrigerator and coffee maker. Excellent value. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely return!

We really love the whole location.

What is good about this place is that she can give advise and also guide you re tours and horse riding. the beach and the national park are close and there is a beach bar very close. The Breakfast was very good and there is a laundry next door.
