Starlight Mountain Lodge is a recently renovated guest house in Sigchos, where guests can make the most of its water sports facilities and fitness centre. Victor and his family were so kind and welcoming. I arrived to a lovely fire and within a few minutes of arriving had a meal ready for me. Breakfast was a huge meal and prices for the lunch is really good. It was such a nice place with beautiful view, so quiet and peaceful and right next to the start of the quilotoa loop trek.

A kids' club is also available at Hostal Doña Clarita Inn, while guests can also relax in the garden. The incredibly warm welcome of smiles and beautiful hospitality, along with a happy dog and cat, it felt like we were stepping into a home. It was the best and calmest place with A variety of teas, boiling water, drinking water, coffee, homemade cookies and banana bread upon arrival with the fire lit for us to get all cosy after our walk along the trail. Super friendly vibes, community dinner was exceptional and the vegan option was the best I’ve had in Ecuador. The views over the valley are beautiful and clear sky’s meant for tea under the stars in the evening :)

The staff is always so kind, this was my second time staying here and they really make the experience great. The included dinner is amazing, and the set up is great to meet new people. There are plenty of blankets for the chilly weather.

Very modern and comfortable place Staff was amazing with us with lot of good intentions well executed.

The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Just a little perfect place for a night or two with the sweetest hosts. I will give the place the highest recommendation.

Cabañas Quilotoa is situated in Quilotoa and offers a garden, a bar and a shared lounge. The property has garden and quiet street views. There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. Great place to stay in Quilotoa. The room was very big and the bed super confortable. There is a stove in case it gets too cold. Large bathroom with very hot water. Hot tea and coffee always available at reception and also water, which is quite rare here. At night they also have a restaurant with excellent pizzas and a selection of vegetarian dishes. Breakfast was also great with quite a lot. Lastly everyone was super friendly, I really had a great stay.

Hostal Sendero de Volcanes offers rooms in Latacunga. Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and a concierge service, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Javier and his family were so accommodating. I needed to use a computer at a cyber cafe, and Javier offered to let me use his laptop for the morning because he wasn’t using it. Really great service.

We had to stay just for a night but everything was perfect : - delicious and large meals (dinner and breakfast) - very comfy beds - warm bedroom with a fire - lovely hosts - near the Laguna so you can start the loop right away I recommend it !

We stayed at this hostel before and after hiking to the summit of Cotopaxi :) the owner is really helpful to organize such a trip, he has all the equipment and the experience is really good price. We enjoyed our stay!
