We thoroughly enjoyed everything about Ravita...as soon as we boarded the tinny...and welcomed by Sele, Milly and Captain Simi (sorry if I've spelled your names wrong): We spent 3 nights at Ravita and had a ball. Our hosts together made our stay. Sele is a very experienced guide who organized everything for us. He's a fun guy, he's humble and he has a great singing voice. Thank you! Sai cooks from her heart. Her food is tasty and generous... thank you! Milly is fun and friendly...she has a crazy giggly laugh and we enjoyed her happy personality..I'll miss you...."Aunty......Milly" Male, thanks for taking Michael spear fishing. Kara, loved your fish and breadfruit, and thanks for putting aloe on my sunburned legs. Our activities: Saturday - beach picnic, fish feeding and Michael went spear fishing with Male. I snorkelled to my heart's content on Nanuya beach. My highlight was seeing several anemone fish and their homes, and one coral reef was 'clicking' lots and dazzlingly spectacular with its hundreds of little fishies. Sunday - a leisurely day of rest spent with a walk to the village before attending Church. Thank you for allowing us to visit and we enjoyed worshipping at Church. Your singing was awesome. Monday - out in the tinny for a long ride to the Caves for a fun experience. Loved it all, especially the papaya on the way back. Home life: At Ravita we shared the guesthouse with 3 other guests and 2 of our hosts so there's a family feel to the stay. At night the stars are shining bright and the frogs are out on the back lawn.

The homestay comes with a flat-screen TV. The accommodation is non-smoking. Tai Evi homestay was the highlight of our trip to the Yasawa islands and we wish we could've stayed for longer. It is basic accommodation but perfect for what we needed and we stayed right in the village with Silo's family. The food was delicious. There is lots to do - we saw the manta rays in the manta ray passage which is a boat trip away as well as amazing reef. The beach is also nice with some good coral as well. It was also the 1st year anniversary of the homestay whilst we were there so we had a BBQ with the family and all the guests and we helped with some of the preparation of the food. However, the highlight for us was the company and people that we met here :)

Guests can take in the views of the sea from the balcony, which also has outdoor furniture. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. I think this is just one of the best places I ve been. Hospitality, location and new clean rooms. Thanks for this great memory

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. Beautiful beach, great homecooked meals, comfortable hammock to lie in, scenic hikes and pretty snorkeling on the island. Plenty to do and trips/activities available to keep you busy if you want to see surrounding islands - a wonderful place to spend some time relaxing and get away from the mainland. Everyone was so welcoming as all the homestays on the island are run by one big family, there was also a nearby teahouse and homemade ice-cream available to buy. This is the newest of all the homestays there and has lights in the room/bathrooms thanks to solar panels, which was super useful at night time!

Situated in Savusavu in the Vanua Levu region, Latui Loft has a patio and mountain views. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The accommodation features full-day security, and luggage storage for guests. Lovely serene location. The outside shower was exceptional. The bed was super comfortable. The hosts were accomodating and helpful.

A balcony with an outdoor dining area and sea views is offered in selected units. I adored this place and could have stayed forever. Emily and the boys were so nice and made my stay wonderful. Loads of activities available like snorkelling, manta rays, hiking, spearfishing, kayaking, but all can be done on your own timetable (as in, no fixed group spots like at resorts). The food was homely, varied, and delicious, made from locally grown or foraged ingredients like cassava and seagrapes. The beach is beautiful, with some of the most colourful reefs I’ve seen anywhere just a 50m swim out. The rooms are basic, but great if that’s what you’re expecting. A warning: there’s no internet reception, so prepare accordingly (a weak reception might be available if you walk down the beach and up some rocks)

The homestay has family rooms. Joe and is wife are amazing ! Friendly, nice and deep people if you are looking for a truely local experience that's just the right place ! The facilities are good, the food they make is really good too, the beach on this island is amazing (coral in front of the resort, blue lagoon beach not far). Also the price is really good value too, I have spend more than 1 month in the Fidgis island and this homestay was far away the best experience I neither either ad they're !
