I booked a room for me and mom. The rooms were really neat and smelled so good! The toilets were clean - there was hot running water, toilet paper, and soap. The kitchen is common for all, and is rarely used by everyone and well maintained. The owner of the property, Ms Marita, I believe, was so accommodating. She didn’t speak English but was super patient with us, kind, and I would love to see her again. Overall I didn’t feel like checking out from the property at all.

Guest house Garden Beach is such lovely place. I found only pluses. Location is very cool. In one minute sea, without crowd. To Batumy you can go by taxi, by bus or other ways, it's not a big deal. Lovely restaurant and canteen is also near by house and you don't need to think what you should have for dinner. We booked 3 rooms and all of them were perfect. I think the best option for booking is rooms on the third and fourth flour with sea side view. Kitchen has all staff for cooking even juice maker. And the last floor is the perfect place to spend dinners with beautiful sunset. My recommendation and enjoy your time.

Nearby are many souvenir shops, coffee houses, cafes and restaurants. Highly reccomended!

Mamuka is just one of those guys,a good guy. I felt right away that he and his wife are good,comfortable,accommodating,hard working and genuinely decent people. I felt right at home almost instantly. I could not have dreamed of a more perfect time to be there(had the place practically to myself),location,view and the long walk down the mountain.Beautiful!
