This guesthouse was one of the reasons I wanted to go to Kutaisi and I was not wrong. Just starting in this amazing historical house and having conversation with the landlady was worth the travel. The house, as it is called, is really a museum filled with antiques from all over the world. The owner speaks very well English and presented us every object with its history, it was like a free guided tour inside. The garden is also adorable. It is very well located and we easily walked everywhere (and also bolt work very well if needed). As the big room was not booked, we had a free upgrade and felt like members of the royal family in that room. The bathroom just outside of the room was crystal clean and the kitchen too. Our 2 nights stay was like a time travel experience, we enjoyed a lot our stay thanks to the warm welcome and interesting conversations.

Owner came to pick us up in front of the property. Welcomed us and accomodated us. We stayed there just for 4 hours as we had to catch early flight by morning. Owner prepared breakfast for us in advance. But most importantly he woke up at same time (4.a.m) as us, so he could drive us to the airport. What a gesture, never seen it before. Without him it would be struggle to get to airport that early. We had a comfy bed. Place is designed as old church, so there is specific atmosphere we liked. And a price? Lovely. You can not miss with this one.

A real and true bath in the room. And another important thing. The normal table. The table for normal work - that's why I choose this hotel.
