We were a bit worried about having a room near the road, but at night the traffic was almost non existent and didn't affect us at all. The staff were wonderful (although the girl on the reception could come across a little friendlier at times) and helped out with a couple of problems we had including sending on my lost sunglasses that didn't get there in time from the place I had lost them!

She is engaged, and her enthusiasm is natural - this young woman really should work for herself when she gets the chance! (Management take note for her next raise evaluation!) The hotel is fairly priced, very clean, has sufficient storage on the room and the bathroom has a shelf to put one’s things. The shower took a while to get warm, which is standard here - but once warm, it stayed warm - and the water pressure is excellent. The courtyard is beautiful at night, with white lights illuminating the area - quite romantic. The common bathrooms were kept very clean and the staff were all very gracious, accommodating and hard working. It isn’t five star - but it has a lot going for it! I slept comfortably and love that my window opened. It is very close to the plaza, so a hop, skip and a jump to restaurants, cafes, banks, etc. Diana also gave us good recommendations for food. A job well done!
