I traveled with my mom, who is very particular, and she was RAVING about how wonderful this guest house was throughout the rest of our trip.

I appreciated the extensive desk space, the arm chairs, multiple lamps, and plenty of power points. The bathroom was very clean and included facecloths. WIFI was good. The property is only a 10 minutes walk to Prawirotaman Street that hosts multiple tourist-friendly restaurants.

Julie helped organise a tour to the temples.

I have special and wonderful experience here, it contributed to me falling in love with Yogyakarta. If you are an arty person, you will love staying here. Not to mention, the price is extremely reasonable. The whole building and bedroom is very beautiful with a serene, inspiring feeling - even better than the photos. Many artworks to admire and lots of art books to read. The single bedroom was very clean and the family is lovely. Free tea, coffee, drinking water, shared mini fridge. I loved learning about the late Godod Sutejo, learning about his generous and artistic way of life and admiring his tranquil & playful paintings. My only regret is that I could not stay longer, next time I am in this city I will 100% stay here.
