The building was attractive and warm, with exceptional customer care. We were treated very well by Pema the owner and his staff. The room was very clean and the food was good. Will return to the hotel again.

I had a million and one questions upon arrival as I needed help with planning my motorbike trip in Ladakh - not only did they patiently answer each question, but also organised my permits and motorbike for me, helped me plan the route, gave advice on the necessary provisions and stored my excess luggage during my 5 day trip. It is no exaggeration to say that were it not for them, my trip through Ladakh would not have been as memorable. Exceptional.
