We also booked the three-course dinner, which was personally prepared by the host and it was exquisite. The host was very friendly and shared fascinating stories and anecdotes with us. When we return to Iceland, we will definitely book this guesthouse again!

Upon arriving the host greeted me and was very welcoming and also showed me a freezer full of meat from the farm I could buy if I wanted. Reykjafoss waterfall is only 10-15mins drive away and the valley is beautiful. Mountains to the North are incredibly beautiful and there are horses everywhere. Highly recommended.
