The place is beautiful, very quiet, and the welcome was so polite. I will recommend this hotel to my friends in France, and I truly hope to come back to Kusatsu one day. Arigatō gozaimasu! 🙏✨

This was our favourite accommodation in Japan. It's so clean and easy to access. They have bikes free to use and the price is amazing. We loved our stay here so much and their attention to detail. They give you a little bag to welcome you with sweets and treats. Also the room with the futon beds is also a great way to start your trip in Japan. You sleep on a tamati mat too. Ideally set in the Sumida Ward district of Tokyo, 波奈 浅草 Hana Asakusa ーSkyTree前駅まで徒歩5分ー is situated 500 metres from Hatonomachidori Shopping Street, less than 1 km from Aizome Museum and a 9-minute walk from Tsukada Kobo. This property is located a short distance from attractions such as Kamejimashogakko Memorial Park, Sumida Cultural Museum, and Tobu Museum. Ushijima Shrine is 1.4 km from the guest house. The train station and convenience stores are somewhat near our accommodation. Kazuki-san is very responsive to messages and gave us a guidebook on places he recommended. He also gave us toiletries and other essentials we needed for our stay. The Tokyo Skytree and Skytree Town are also close, and they are great tourist attractions.

At the homestay, units come with bed linen and towels. I booked this room as a "getaway" from the hustle and bustle of Central Tokyo and it didn't disappoint. Located just 8 minutes from Sakurajosui Station, it's in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of character. The host, Yumi, is an amazing person. One of the warmest people I've met on my travels. Clean beds, clean bathrooms, a record player in the shared space. It was a great experience and the value for your buck is absolutely insane. I will say that if you do book here, try to do more than a few days. I felt like I was becoming a part of the neighborhood right when I had to leave after 3 days of being there. Highly recommended, everything was amazing, even down to the cool set of keys each guest receives for the house. Will definitely re-book in the future.
