All units will provide guests with a desk and a kettle. when i booked the place, i was a bit spectical , just hoping it turns out as shown in the pict and reviews. when we reached the place and checked in, was amazed that the place is exceptional , just like stated. the host were very warm and welcoming. made us feel welcomed and safe. the rooms were clean, good quality linen and towels, all the stuff in the room looked so beautiful and well kept. they have really invested in the place with passion and care to ensure we feel comfortable. The breakfast provided as great, the host family made sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. its very close to the beach, about 10-15 mintes walking.. we overall enjoyed our stay.

We had a private room and it was modern, bright and spacious. Breakfast was great, super friendly staff, easy location to walk to the beach but on a quiet street that feels very safe.

It was an excellent place to stay, quiet, quaint and close to a beautiful beach, albeit not for swimming. We enjoyed the comfortable rooms with gorgeous views, delicious food and wonderful hospitality. We loved being off the grid a little too, but easily accessible to Mirissa beach, shops and restaurants. The manager was so friendly and very professional. The two cooks cooked Sri Lankan and western breakfast beautifully. The other staff were lovely and discrete and kept and wonderfully tidy and gorgeous establishment. Highly recommend!!!!!

The guest house features family rooms. I booked this property based on a review written by a family similar to ours. And the open air bathroom. We are a family of 4 with a 5 yr old girl and 2 year old boy. We rented the large family suite and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Less then 5 mins from the beach, large comfortable double beds with mosquito nets, a shared kitchenette, large comfortable bathroom with hot water and AC. The owners were such lovely accommodating people. The best part was the location. Hiritekiya is an Instagramy digital nomady hotspot, and Jungle Escape is located in the less developed part of the beach. So we were close to everything but in a more tranquil environment.

The Surf Lodge is beautifully decorated with a lot of love and taste. It offers amazing breakfast and a direct access to the beach. It is managed by the super kind Che who was always very attentive to help us organize a few things around the area. What we particularly loved about the hotel (apart from the amazing spacious rooms and the delicious (vegetarian) food) was that it is Che’s family home and has such a friendly and calming vibe :) it’s only a short walk to local restaurants and bars and Madiha’s main beach is also only a few minutes away. Parasol dore is a recently renovated guest house in Dickwella, where guests can take a dip in its infinity pool and make the most of its free WiFi, private beach area and water sports facilities. Situated on the beachfront, this property has a garden. There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. My partner and I recently enjoyed a 4-night stay at Parasole Doré, and it was absolutely perfect. Our room was immaculate and beautifully designed, offering stunning ocean views through bifold doors equipped with one-way glass for added privacy. The property had a wonderfully spacious and relaxed atmosphere that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was a daily highlight, with a variety of delicious options that changed each morning, keeping things fresh and exciting. However, the standout feature of our stay was the incredible staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, friendly, and eager to assist. A special mention goes to Roshan, whose attentive and thoughtful service ensured our stay was nothing short of perfect.

I would recommend this place to everyone. The staff is the best, i felt very welcomed and was taken care of almost like a family member. Big thanks to Mr. And Mrs. Dias and Jehan which made my stay outstandig. The breakfast was delicious and the little suprises made it so special. The rooms are just as in the pictures and the staff is taking very good care of the property.. It is very near to a big supermarket and the beach is just across the street.
