In the middle of the Ziz valley, just next to a nice river and a beautiful kasbah, this facility is perfect for those who travels between Fes and the desert. The place is managed by a berber family, who made our stay perfect: nice welcoming, amazing dinner and breakfast, and finally nice guided tour of the near ziz valley until the old kasbah. The beautifully decorated house of Martine lies in a village at the edge of a picturesque Palmeraie with friendly people working the grounds.. it makes for excellent walks. The warm personal reception by Martine and friendly staff makes and the delicious meals - especially the culinary diner - in the cosy dining room with open kitchen makes for the best diners we had in Morroco.

We were there in late December and the temperature outside dropped overnight but we were warm. The descriptions we read were v accurate. Ali is a charming host. His tagines are delicious. My daughter thanked me for finding the place. Would definitely return.

Have a lovely breakfast in the morning sun on the terrace and in the evening watch the goats and sheep make their way up the mountain to sleep.

The location is excellent with a great view of the oasis and dunes. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Hassan and Omar were friendly and welcoming and put a lot of effort into making sure we enjoyed our stay. They also organised the camel ride for us. The food was delicious and plentiful. Our sons also went sand boarding on the dunes (we hired these from one of the hire shops just a short walk from the Riad). We highly recommend this Riad. Thanks again Hassan, Omar and your staff for an enjoyable stay.

The accommodation provides full-day security, luggage storage space and currency exchange for guests. Idir and his family are delightful hosts from the moment I got there to the moment I left. His brother greeted me at the bus stop and got me to the building. There I had a delicious dinner. They offered to help me find any activity I wanted to do whether it was a 4x4 excursion or camping in the desert. I just wanted to hike around though so that was how I spent my time there. I had an early morning on the day of my departure, I had to catch the 7:30am bus to Marrakech, and they checked in to make sure I was awake and gave me an early breakfast which was most appreciated for the long trip. I would recommend this place to anyone! Also they have friendly cats!

Extremely great value for a clean, quiet, comfortable stay with great staff! It was ~1.5 hr from our desert camp and 30 min from the Errachidia airport which was a perfect mid point for our early return flight back home from the desert. The manager arranged a very early 200 MAD shuttle for us which was extremely helpful so that we wouldn’t miss our flight the next morning. It’s surrounded by palm trees and date trees so it’s really beautiful and the pool is well maintained. The AC is powerful and the dinner was delicious.
