With sea views, this accommodation provides a balcony and a swimming pool. The guest house features city views and a sun terrace. Our stay was amazing! best location, super clean! Andrea is super nice and helpful and recommended amazing places to eat, explore, and experience. The location is a 5 min walk to north beach (which I'd say is the best one on Isla Mujer) and 5 mins walk to the shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

Located just 100 metres from Playa del Niño, Casa Kini en Cancún offers accommodation in Cancún with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as a shared kitchen. The property is around 4.6 km from Cancun Bus Station, 5.9 km from Cancun Government Palace and 18 km from La Isla Shopping Mall. The homestay provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Very good location. It’s in a gated community with a security guard at the entrance 24/7 so if you’re concerned about feeling secure this is an excellent place. The beach is minutes away and it is gorgeous. White sand and turquoise water and plenty of local seafood very close by. It’s also close to the ferry to Isla Mujeres. The room itself is compact but comfortable. The king bed helped a lot and the AC was nice and cold.

The homestay provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. The room was really nice and comfortable. TV has Netflix on it you don’t even have to put in your own account details. Wifi was fantastic. The large jar of water was a lovely addition especially when we had a long travel day. it has AC and a fan. The shower was lovely and warm. The balcony was great to sit out and we had our breakfast there every morning. The kitchen facilities were great and I can see why people end up staying here longer. Bacalar is a great stop and this accommodation made our stay super comfortable. We found it lovely and quite during our stay. Its beside shops, laundry, food market and only a short walk to main square. it’s also a short distance to ADO station, we didn’t need a taxi which was great.

Located less than 1 km from Playa Holbox, EncantaLuna offers air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house features family rooms. To reiterate what I had read in some reviews for this place, this guesthouse is a hidden gem! My friend and I loved our room. It had everything we needed. It was also very clean. The shower had warm water, which is not always a given. The outdoor space has chairs and hammocks in the shade to hang out. EncantaLuna is away from the noisy center, and is still a short walk to reach "downtown" and the main beach. For the price you pay, EncantaLuna is a no-brainer. The owners, Erika and Luca, were really wonderful, easily reachable, communicative, and always willing to help and give recommendations. They have a wiener dog, Marvin, who is also adorable. :) Would definitely stay there again!

They even drove us to the bus terminal. The house is at the edge of town, but with bicycles available everything is within reach.

Wonderful sanctuary and location!

Set within 400 metres of Playa Holbox and 2.9 km of Punta Coco in Holbox Island, Casa Mech offers accommodation with seating area. The property has garden and inner courtyard views. The guest house features a rooftop pool with a fence, along with public bath and free WiFi. A really nice place and people, definitly recommend. Holbox was in general a very nice place to be.

Perfect for me that I was looking something nice, not expensive, secure, near of the beach. Octavio is very nice, he explains everything about the place, I hope I can come back!
