They even serve us free delicious local breakfasts in the morning. The property's location in a kampong (neighborhood) surrounded by paddy fields provides a tranquil ambiance, perfect for relaxation. The bar is a nice place to grab a drink and socialize with other guests, and the family rooms are suitable for families or groups looking for a comfortable stay.

Relaxed place for relaxed people. ;-) Booked 2 nights, stayed 1 month with my 2 years old daughter. We really love Kawah Padi Garden Villa and the people we met there! The bungalows are spacious, the Surroundings great. I liked the breakfast (Western Style Coffee!) a lot and it was so easy to get in contact with other people. Amazing Views. Just some restaurants in walking distance: 10-15 Minutes. (Check on the opening hours) You can Walk to the Museum of Kota Mahsouri and admire the old wooden Houses and buy Souvenirs right next to it. If you wanna discover beautiful Langkawi, it's easiest to Rent a Scooter with Them, there is No Public Transfer. But you can also Order Grab (that's What I did). You are located at the Heart of the Island - you will feel it as soon as you arrive at Kawah Padi Garden Villa. 😊

An amazing experience staying in a tree house! Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated yet very practical. The villa is managed by a very sweet family, Mohamed Faisal and his very kind wife Khadija. They were the most welcoming and caring couple I have met on my travels. Always smiling and ready to help. They rent scooters, organise island hoping trips and offer a laundry service all at very reasonable prices. The swimming pool is perfectly maintained and cleaned daily. Sun loungers with towels are also provided. The tree house is certainly the way to go if you want something different. The bathroom comes with toiletries and there is a kitchenette equipped with fridge, microwave, utensils and tea/coffee making equipment. The room has a big, comfy bed, television and wardrobe.

Easy to meet other travelers but can also have your own space and privacy. Shared kitchen area. 35myr scooters at time of writing. Very good value.
